Mixed boxes generally fall into several purchasing models, depending on how precisely the buyer defines the contents:

1. Fully specified seasonal mix

The buyer selects a farm and exact cultivars, agrees on a seasonal price, and establishes a standing order. Limited or high-demand cultivars and a fixed pack can make this the most expensive model. Contents and pack should remain consistent with the written program, subject to crop and force-majeure terms.

An illustrative custom rose mix might include Alba, Mandala, Explorer, Lola, Pomarosa, Frutteto, Magic Times, Kahala, Be Sweet, Candlelight, Pink X-pression, and Enchantment. Confirm every official cultivar spelling.

This is a deliberately designed cultivar program rather than a box assembled from whatever remains available that day.

2. Guided farm mix

The buyer selects a suitable farm and defines excluded cultivars or colors. The farm may use the remaining range in approximately balanced proportions. Seasonal price and pack consistency can be documented in a standing order, although biological production still requires tolerances and substitution rules.

3. Spot-market farm mix

The buyer purchases daily-market mixes from available mid-market farms. The supplying farm and exact balance may not be known in advance. Ecualand can review supplier history and coordinate spot checks, but prior satisfactory orders do not guarantee the next lot.

Because there is no standing farm order, the mix follows current spot pricing and availability. Prices may rise or the order may remain unfilled when supply is tight.

4. Lowest-price spot mix

The purchase is made from farms offering the lowest price at that moment. Ecualand can request exclusions, but cultivar and color balance cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.

Recent claim history, product condition, and packing should still be reviewed. The lowest-priced model normally carries the greatest selection and fulfillment risk.

The buyer ultimately chooses the balance between price, control, and risk when defining a mixed-box request.
